JANUARY WOLF MOON TO CONTEMPLATE THE YEAR AHEAD

January’s full moon will provide the perfect opportunity to contemplate the new year ahead and support release of old habits or old ways that are no longer of service.

The full moon, which begins on Friday 10th January, is historically named the Wolf Moon for the hungry howling wolves. However, this is the time of year where most of us are still tucked up indoors under blankets on the sofa, comforting ourselves with warm drinks and chocolate.

Naturally, this is a time of low energy which make it an ideal time to reflect, contemplate and give thought to what has been achieved and what is in store for the forthcoming year as well as release anything that has outstayed its welcome.

Recharge from the Christmas festivities and take stock before 2020 gets fully underway.
